sneak 619e98c390 fix: a V4 step of chained swap actions shows what the user receives (closes #563) ...

A V4 step's output side is now the currency its TAKE or TAKE_ALL names,
or else what its last swap action buys, with that action's minimum as
Min. received. Its input side is the currency its SETTLE or SETTLE_ALL
names, or else what its first swap action spends, with that action's
amount. SETTLE_ALL and TAKE_ALL were not read before, and the first
swap action set both sides, so a chain of swap actions showed the first
one's output and minimum.
