/window in neoirc-cli set the status bar to [connected] whether or not the client was connected. Alt and a digit runs /window, so it did the same. Typing /window 0 or pressing Alt and 0 before /connect made the status bar say [connected] while the client had no session.

cmdWindow now reads a.connected under a.mu, together with the nick. It shows [connected] only while the client is connected, and [disconnected] otherwise. No second connection state was added.

TestWindowConnectionState drives a running UI on a simulation screen. It types /window 0 and Enter, or presses Alt and 0, with the client connected and not. It then reads the status bar back.

Things a reader may trip over:

  • The test builds the App directly. No server is needed, because /window sends nothing.
  • The unread list in the status bar is unchanged. That is #232.

Disclosures:

  • Judgement call: /query also sets [connected] whatever the connection state. The issue says to change nothing else, so this PR leaves /query alone. I have reported it to the repo manager.

/window set the status bar to [connected] whatever the connection
state, and Alt and a digit runs /window. Before /connect, both made
the status bar say [connected] while the client had no session.

/window now reads the connection state with the nick and shows
[connected] only while the client is connected, [disconnected]
otherwise. TestWindowConnectionState types /window 0 and presses
Alt and 0, connected and not, and checks the status bar.
