In neoirc-cli, cmdWindow in internal/cli/app.go always sets the status bar to connected. Typing /window 0, or pressing Alt and a digit, before /connect makes the status bar say connected while the client has no session. Found by the review of #224; read from the code on 967930f.

Fix: /window and Alt and a digit leave the connection state in the status bar as it is: connected only while the client is connected, disconnected otherwise. Change nothing else.

Definition of done

  1. Before /connect, /window 0 and Alt and a digit leave the status bar showing disconnected.
  2. While connected, they show connected as before.
  3. A test in internal/cli for both.
  4. One reviewed PR against next.
