webhooker ran under upaas with no volume at its data directory (sneak/webhooker#359). A deploy removed its container and started a new one, so it came up on an empty directory: a new database, a new admin password, and every earlier login gone. Nothing in upaas said that a deploy keeps only an app's volumes. The Restart button stops and starts the same container and so keeps its files, which makes it easy to assume a deploy does too.

Definition of done:

An app with no volumes says so on its page, in one plain sentence: files the app writes are lost at every deploy and rollback, and kept by Restart.
A deploy of an app with no volumes says the same in its deploy log.
README: one sentence saying that a deploy or rollback starts a new container that keeps only the app's volumes.
