REPO_POLICIES.md is vendored byte-for-byte from sneak/prompts, but pixa's copy (front matter last_modified: 2026-07-06, sha256 117dde7f…) no longer matches the canonical prompts/REPO_POLICIES.md on sneak/prompts main (sha256 a923ae22… on 2026-10-04). Checked against next at 66e71b4.

Plan:

Replace REPO_POLICIES.md with https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/prompts/raw/branch/main/prompts/REPO_POLICIES.md, fetched unchanged, in a commit of its own; no hand edits.
Read what changed between the two copies. For each new or changed rule that pixa's tree now breaks, file one issue on this repo naming the rule and what breaks (do not fix it in this PR); list those issues in the PR body. A rule pixa already meets needs nothing.
If a later unit's .prettierignore (#100) is already on next, it must keep prettier off REPO_POLICIES.md.
