package.json now carries "license": "MIT", matching LICENSE. yarn printed warning package.json: No license field and warning No license field each time script/bootstrap ran inside the Docker phases. No other yarn warning appeared in the bootstrap output, so nothing else needed fixing.
TODO.md gets an entry at the top of Completed Steps.
Not visible in the diff: the warnings came only from the bootstrap runs inside the Docker phases. The host run of script/bootstrap at the start of script/cibuild printed neither before nor after this change on the machine I used.
