Item 5 of #72. Every make check prints warning package.json: No license field and warning No license field during the bootstrap step. Incidental warnings are action items here.

Fix

Give package.json a license field matching the repository's LICENSE file (MIT). If yarn then prints any other warning, fix that too in the same change, or name it in the PR if it cannot be fixed here.

Definition of done

  • The bootstrap output of make check contains no yarn warnings.
  • make check passes.
