Removes the build-time architecture from the two canonical Go documents, per #66 (rollout across repos: sneak/project-management#19).
prompts/CODE_STYLEGUIDE_GO.md: the "Embed the git commit hash" item drops Buildarch from the main.go example and the BUILDARCH and -X main.Buildarch lines from the Makefile example. The example now imports runtime and prints runtime.GOARCH. The item gains one sentence: the architecture is not passed in at build time; a program that reports it reads runtime.GOARCH at run time.
prompts/GO_HTTP_SERVER_CONVENTIONS.md: Buildarch is removed from the main example, the globals package (variables, struct, New), "Setting Globals in Main", and the Makefile under "Build-Time Variable Injection", which now passes only -X main.Version. The logger's Identify logs "arch", runtime.GOARCH, as sneak/pixa does.
Disclosures:
Judgement call: the Identify snippet shows no imports for any package (slog and os included), like the rest of the logger section, so no runtime import is added there. The styleguide example is a whole file and does import it.
Judgement call: last_modified in both documents stays at 2026-09-08, because the issue says nothing else in these documents changes.

Removes the build-time architecture from the two canonical Go documents, per https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/prompts/issues/66 (rollout across repos: https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/project-management/issues/19).
- `prompts/CODE_STYLEGUIDE_GO.md`: the "Embed the git commit hash" item drops `Buildarch` from the `main.go` example and the `BUILDARCH` and `-X main.Buildarch` lines from the Makefile example. The example now imports `runtime` and prints `runtime.GOARCH`. The item gains one sentence: the architecture is not passed in at build time; a program that reports it reads `runtime.GOARCH` at run time.

The logger's `Identify` logs `"arch", runtime.GOARCH`, as `sneak/pixa` does.

The Go styleguide and the HTTP server conventions no longer pass the
build architecture in through the Makefile. The Buildarch variable,
globals field and BUILDARCH Makefile lines are removed from every
example; the styleguide example prints runtime.GOARCH, and the
logger's Identify logs "arch", runtime.GOARCH. The styleguide item
gains one sentence saying so.
