Closes #131.

Test databases in internal/handlers and internal/service were named after the address of the running test (%p of t). That address is unique among tests running at the same time, but a later test can get the address of a finished one, and with it a database that finished test's server may still hold open. Each test database now gets a random name from rand.Text(), the same way internal/ircserver names its test databases since #130.

One new test per package opens two test databases inside one test and checks that they do not share one. Both fail when the old names are put back.

  • TestEachTestServerHasItsOwnDatabase (internal/handlers) checks that starting a second server leaves the first one's users in place, and that the second starts empty. It needs the first check because each handler test copies the migrated template into its database: with a shared name, that copy wiped the first server's database instead of showing its users to the second.
  • TestEachTestEnvHasItsOwnDatabase (internal/service) is the internal/ircserver test, for this package.

The template database in internal/handlers keeps its fixed name: TestMain opens it once and every test copies from it on purpose.

Unverified: internal/handlers stayed under the issue's 20-second limit in the test phase alone, but went just over it once when the test phase ran alongside lint on the busy shared host. next without this change runs as close to the limit; the new test adds a fraction of a second.

Closes https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/neoirc/issues/131. Test databases in `internal/handlers` and `internal/service` were named after the address of the running test (`%p` of `t`). Test databases in internal/handlers and internal/service were named
after the address of the running test. A later test could get the
address of a finished one, and with it a database that test's server
might still hold open. Each test database now gets a random name, as
in internal/ircserver.

A new test in each package opens two test databases at once and checks
that they do not share one; both new tests fail with the old names.

PASS: every handler and service test database now gets a random name exactly as internal/ircserver does, no test is removed or weakened, internal/handlers stays under the 20-second limit, and both new tests fail when the old names are put back.
