web/yarn.lock replaces web/package-lock.json. yarn import converted
it, so it locks the same package versions with the same integrity
hashes. The web-builder stage pins yarn 1.22.22, the version
script/bootstrap pins, by its sha512 through corepack, and installs
with yarn install --frozen-lockfile. web/build.sh runs the esbuild
that yarn installed rather than npx or an esbuild found on the PATH.

Nearly all of the package's test time was SQLite work, and much of it
was setup every test repeated: each test migrated a fresh schema, and
each new session wrote the seven-line default MOTD to the database.
TestMain now migrates one in-memory template database once, and each
test starts from its own copy of it, made with SQLite's backup API.
The test config's MOTD is one line. Every test still gets an empty
database of its own, and every check runs as before.

The shared files are fetched from sneak/prompts dd4027b, with this
repository's own entries after the shared content in .gitignore,
.editorconfig and .dockerignore.
Lint and tests are Dockerfile phases (golangci-lint v2.14.0, Debian Go
1.24.13) that the build stage depends on, and the Makefile targets call
the script/ entrypoints. make fmt also formats Markdown with prettier.
Fixes for the new lint findings: the auth cookie is always Secure, an
IRC connection's relay goroutine stops when the connection closes, and
repeated strings are constants. neoirc-cli treats a plain-HTTP server on
localhost or a loopback address as secure, so local use keeps its session.
Whether the 60-second test cap covers building the test phase is open
on sneak/prompts issue 113.

make test retried a failed go test run with go test -v, and when the
retry passed, make test, make check and the Docker build all reported
success, hiding real failures. It now runs go test once, keeping
-timeout 120s, -race and -cover.

The Makefile no longer passes a build architecture; it set a variable that
does not exist, and the architecture is available at run time.
A plain docker build now stamps neoircd with the tag or short commit:
.dockerignore sends .git, without its config, and the builder takes the
version from the VERSION build arg when given, otherwise from git describe.
With .git present, an empty, dev or unknown version fails the build.

The HTTP server built its router inside the goroutine that starts
serving, so the start hook returned before the router existed, and
the internal/handlers tests raced with it or hit a nil router. The
start hook now runs configure, enableSentry and SetupRoutes, in that
order, then serves in the background.
The goroutine that sends queued messages to an IRC client read c.nick
without c.mu while NICK changed it. Every such read now takes the lock.
Under -race in the Docker build, internal/handlers takes over 30s on
database work, not clock waits, so both go test runs in make test use
-timeout 120s. The || retry stays
(#101).
