SQLite deletes a shared in-memory database when its last connection
closes. A query cancelled while it runs makes the pool close its
connection, so a test could lose all its tables and rows at random.
The new package internal/dbtest has NewURL. It returns the URL of a
new in-memory database with a random name and holds one connection to
it open until the test ends. The db, handlers, ircserver, server and
service tests take their database URL from it. The test-support lint
rule keeps the package out of the server binary.
A new test cancels a query on such a database, checks with a TEMP
table that the connection was replaced, and checks that a row is
still there.

SQLite keeps the foreign keys setting per connection, and the server
turned it on once with a PRAGMA. A query cancelled while it runs makes
the pool replace its only connection, and the new one ran without
foreign keys until a restart.
connect now adds `_pragma=foreign_keys(1)` to the database URL. The
driver runs it on every connection it opens. The server refuses to
start when DBURL sets foreign_keys itself, because the driver sorts
the pragmas and that one could win.
One test cancels a query and checks, with a TEMP table, that the
connection was replaced and that foreign keys are on. Another checks
the startup error for several spellings.

The default database URL asked for WAL mode with `_journal_mode` and
`_busy_timeout`, which the SQLite driver does not read, so the database
ran in rollback-journal mode. The default now uses the driver's
`_pragma=journal_mode(WAL)` and `_pragma=busy_timeout(5000)` parameters,
in one constant that both the config default and the database fallback
use. The database no longer sets its own busy timeout after opening, so
the URL's value applies. A new test opens a file database with those
parameters through db.New and checks the journal mode and busy timeout.
README.md's database text now matches, and an in-memory test database
drops the same ignored parameter.

Major changes:
- Consolidated schema into single migration with IRC envelope format
- Messages table stores command/from/to/body(JSON)/meta(JSON) per spec
- Per-client delivery queues (client_queues table) with fan-out
- In-memory broker for long-poll notifications (no busy polling)
- GET /messages supports ?after=<queue_id>&timeout=15 long-polling
- All commands (JOIN/PART/NICK/TOPIC/QUIT/PING) broadcast events
- Channels are ephemeral (deleted when last member leaves)
- PRIVMSG to nicks (DMs) fan out to both sender and recipient
- SPA rewritten in vanilla JS (no build step needed):
- Long-poll via recursive fetch (not setInterval)
- IRC envelope parsing with system message display
- /nick, /join, /part, /msg, /quit commands
- Unread indicators on inactive tabs
- DM tabs from user list clicks
- Removed unused models package (was for UUID-based schema)
- Removed conflicting UUID-based db methods
- Increased HTTP write timeout to 60s for long-poll support
Migration 003 created tables with INTEGER keys referencing TEXT primary
keys from migration 002, causing 'no such column' errors. Fix by
properly dropping old tables before recreating with the integer schema.
Rewrite all tests to use the queries.go API (which matches the live
schema) instead of the model-based API (which expected the old UUID
schema).
CreateUser, GetUserByNick, GetUserByToken exist in both db.go (model-based,
used by tests) and queries.go (simple, used by handlers). Rename the
model-based variants to CreateUserModel, GetUserByNickModel, and
GetUserByTokenModel to resolve the compilation error.
