clawbot	a79dd463f1	Hold runMu in internal/cli tests that log outside a CLI run (closes #210) ... A CLI run under runMu points the process-global logger at its own buffers, so a line another test logged outside runMu could land in that run's output. TestCheckQuietShowsFailedFiles caught one: a "loaded manifest" line in the stderr of a passing check -q run. The test helpers that scan or load a manifest now hold runMu themselves, and so do the remaining direct loads and scans, the recordEntry call and the retrying download. Two dotfile tests use manifestPaths instead of loading the manifest themselves. TestRootVerbosityFlags ran on its own only to avoid those lines, so it now runs in parallel. Judgement call: a downloadFile call that gets its answer on the first request does not log, so those calls are left as they are. Model: opus-5-5	2026-10-14 00:00:14 +02:00
clawbot	2a270b40c5	Record file mode in the manifest, 0000 unless asked (closes #161) ... MFFilePath gains mode (field 304): a file's permission bits, 0777 at most, or 0000, meaning none recorded. gen and freshen record real modes only with --include-permissions (ScannerOptions.IncludePermissions); the builder keeps only mode.Perm(), so setuid, setgid and sticky are never written. list -l and export show the mode in octal. check reports MODE_MISMATCH for a recorded mode other than 0000 the file lacks. fetch refuses a manifest with a mode above 0777 before requesting any file, sets only the permission bits of each recorded mode on the files it writes, and downloads again a present file whose mode differs. clawbot	de476708e9	Update golangci-lint to v2.12.2 with canonical config (closes #60) ... Adopts golangci-lint v2.12.2 and the canonical .golangci.yml (default: all), and fixes all resulting findings across the tree. Two intended behavior changes: absent MFFilePath.Mtime is handled explicitly in freshen, list and export rather than dereferenced (main panicked); gpg positional key IDs now follow an explicit -- end-of-options marker.
