Brings the three files to the current sneak/promptsnext templates, as #40 asks.
.golangci.yml is a byte-identical copy of the template: depguard is now on with the test-support rule, and the gomodguard_v2 block list is in. keyfunc has no test-support packages of its own, so the deny list is unchanged.
.gitignore is the template with /keyfunc added at the end.
.dockerignore is the template with /keyfunc and .gitea added at the end. The template itself keeps .git in the build context with .git/config left out, so the version stamp from #35 is unaffected.
The README TODO line for this issue is removed.
No Go source changes were needed for the new linter configuration.
Judgement call: the repo's own entries go at the end of .gitignore and .dockerignore, so each file starts with the unchanged template and a later re-copy diffs cleanly.
Shared change: #43 also edits the README TODO list; whichever merges second needs a rebase there.
