The repo policy makes .golangci.yml one canonical file, byte-identical in every repo except the deny list of the test-support depguard rule, and has .gitignore and .dockerignore start from the standard files in sneak/prompts, extended with the repo's own artifacts. keyfunc's three files differ: .golangci.yml disables depguard and lacks the test-support rule and the gomodguard_v2 block list; .gitignore lacks .claude/ and node_modules/; .dockerignore lacks the secret-file patterns (**/*.[kK][eE][yY], the SSH key file names and the rest) and .claude.
Work, on a branch cut from next after #15 has landed (it changes every import), PR to next:
.gitignore: the sneak/promptsnext copy, plus /keyfunc.
.dockerignore: the sneak/promptsnext copy, plus /keyfunc and .gitea. .git stays in the build context, with .git/config kept out, for the version stamp (#35).
Fix by hand every finding the new linter configuration raises. If there are more than about two dozen, or one needs a design decision, report them on this issue instead of fixing them.
Definition of done
The three files equal the sneak/promptsnext copies plus the additions above.
make check and script/cibuild pass on a fresh clone; the --version of an image from a plain docker build . still shows the tag or short commit.
