Found in review of #247 (#245), which lists a port's apex domains apart from its hostnames on the dashboard and in /api/v1/status.
A Port Change notification's Hosts: line still lists a port's apex domains and hostnames together, so it names a domain as a host. Notifications about records already tell the two apart: they start Domain: or Hostname:, decided by the configured domains (#244).
Definition of done:
A Port Change notification lists the port's domains and its hostnames on separate lines, deciding which names are domains from the configured domains, the way record notifications do.
README's description of the Port Change notification says so.
A watcher test with one domain and one hostname on the same port checks the message.
