Found in review of #244 (#224), which stops apex domains being counted, listed and notified as hostnames.
The dashboard's Ports table has a Hostnames column listing the names that use each port. It still lists an apex domain there as a hostname, because a domain's own records are saved with the hostnames' records (the port check finds the domain's addresses that way).
Definition of done:
The Ports table tells an apex domain from a hostname in the names that use a port: either it lists domains and hostnames under a heading that fits both, or it marks which is which, in the same way #244 tells them apart elsewhere on the dashboard.
/api/v1/status port entries say the same, if they list names.
A handler test with one apex domain and one hostname on the same port checks it.

Done in #247: the Ports table has a Domains column next to Hostnames, and a port entry in /api/v1/status has a domains list, with hostnames no longer holding a domain.
