Update calendar/contacts android app info (#2044) 

DAVdroid has been renamed to DAVx⁵ and price increased from $3.69 to $5.99.
CardDAV-Sync free is no longer in beta.
CalDAV-Sync price increased from $2.89 to $2.99.
