check / check (push) Failing after 3m38s
Set the images' own OCI labels instead of Ubuntu's (closes #216)
The image sets title, description, version, created, revision and
source; the last three known only at build time come from build
arguments that default to unknown, and script/docker and
script/cibuild pass them. The example app sets its own title and
description.

# script/cibuild: run the CI build. It bootstraps first: a CI runner
# checks out and runs this and nothing else, and script/fmt-check runs
# the formatter on the host, which a pristine checkout cannot do.
# --no-cache for the same reason as script/docker: the gate phases the
# final stage depends on are RUN steps, and a cached one is a check that
# did not run.
