State of next for the next manager. Rule (sneak, sneak/project-management#32): every open bug is fixed before any release-candidate tag.
Done on next: decoded paths in path rules and trap paths (#85), and requests counted after their lookup (#129). The slow-machine test fixes for #53 and #119 hold. The code read and the run of the image as an operator would are both done.
Next unit: the review of #135, then the fix for #137.
Host note: Ubuntu's snapshot server answered 503 often today. Builds of the image took a separate lock (/srv/code/tmp/.image-smallwebwaf.lock), so that they did not hold up make check (/srv/code/tmp/.gate-smallwebwaf.lock).

State of `next` for the next manager. Rule (sneak, https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/project-management/issues/32): every open bug is fixed before any release-candidate tag.
Done on `next`: decoded paths in path rules and trap paths (https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/issues/85), and requests counted after their lookup (https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/issues/129). The slow-machine test fixes for https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/issues/53 and https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/issues/119 hold. Waiting for an independent review:
- https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/pulls/135 (major bug https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/issues/130).
- https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/pulls/134 (https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/smallwebwaf/issues/30). Its question for sneak is already settled by `SPEC.md`, which keeps these refusals, so it does not go to him.
Open bugs, one PR each:
