script/fmt and script/fmt-check now run prettier over every *.md file after their Go steps, following the standard scripts from sneak/prompts at dd4027b. Until now nothing checked README.md and TODO.md.
script/bootstrap gains the standard node, nvm and yarn install next to its goimports install. prettier is pinned at the standard version through package.json and yarn.lock.
.prettierrc, .prettierignore and yarn.lock are byte copies of the standard files.
The last Dockerfile stage copies package.json and yarn.lock before it runs script/bootstrap, so the development image now gets node, yarn and prettier too.
The README Entrypoints entries for script/bootstrap, script/fmt and script/fmt-check describe the new steps.
The second commit is the one-time reformat of README.md and TODO.md by make fmt, with nothing else in it.
Worth knowing:
script/fmt-check checks Go first and stops if gofmt objects, so it reports Markdown problems only once the Go files are clean.
REPO_POLICIES.md already matches prettier's output, so it stays a byte copy with no .prettierignore entry.
Disclosures:
Deviation: package.json has no license field and is marked "private": true in place of the standard "license": "MIT", because this repo's licence is the WTFPL in LICENSE.
Judgement call: .dockerignore gains /yarn-error.log, the file yarn leaves behind when an install fails; the issue does not ask for it.
Model: opus-5-5

script/fmt and script/fmt-check now run prettier on every Markdown file
after their Go steps, as the standard scripts from sneak/prompts at
dd4027b do. script/bootstrap gains the standard node, nvm and yarn
install next to its goimports install, and the last Dockerfile stage
copies package.json and yarn.lock before running it. .prettierrc,
.prettierignore and yarn.lock are the standard copies. package.json is
the standard one without its licence field and marked private, because
this repo's licence is the WTFPL. .dockerignore keeps the log of a failed
yarn install out of the build context. The existing Markdown is
reformatted in the next commit.
Model: opus-5-5
The one-time reformat of README.md and TODO.md, produced by make fmt
with nothing else in it. REPO_POLICIES.md already matched prettier's
output and is unchanged.
