Re-vendors the shared files from sneak/prompts commit dd4027b for #52.
.golangci.yml, .gitea/workflows/check.yml and REPO_POLICIES.md are the shared copies unchanged; no test-support packages exist for the depguard deny list. .gitignore, .editorconfig and .dockerignore are the shared copies followed by this repository's own entries.
Lint (golangci-lint v2.14.0) and test are Dockerfile phases that script/lint and script/test build alone and uncached; the image build depends on both. The format check runs only on the host.
The agent guidance file is renamed to AGENTS.md, content unchanged.
The Go code is fixed for the new findings: besides wrapping and blank lines, long functions are split, unused functions removed, tests using unexported names renamed *_internal_test.go, and the streamer, WHOIS fetcher, database maintainer and web server start with a context but still run until stopped.
Worth knowing:
make test and make lint now need Docker. make test exceeds the 60-second cap here, mostly compiling the cgo SQLite driver with -race; per sneak/prompts#78 this waits on sneak/prompts#113.
Four reads now return an error when row iteration fails, instead of partial results.
Disclosures:
Deviation: .dockerignore also keeps out SQLite databases and a Go workspace file, since the image ships a source archive of the build context.
Rule suppressed: tagliatelle where JSON names are the RIS Live feed's or the existing API; interfacebloat on database.Store; paralleltest on two goroutine-counting tests.

Takes .golangci.yml, .dockerignore, .gitignore, .editorconfig, the
workflow and REPO_POLICIES.md from sneak/prompts dd4027b, keeping this
repository's own entries after the shared content. Lint (golangci-lint
