Closes #155

On the AS page, the IPv4 and the IPv6 prefix lists each sit in an HTML <details> element. Its <summary> holds the list's heading and count, so a click on the heading folds or unfolds the list with no script. Both lists start open. The peer list is unchanged.

The summary keeps the flex layout of the other section headings. Not every browser shows its own disclosure marker on a flex element, so the page hides that marker and draws a triangle before the heading. The triangle points right while the list is folded and down while it is open.

The new test in internal/templates renders the AS page with one IPv4 and one IPv6 prefix. It checks that each list sits in a <details> element that starts open and whose <summary> holds the heading.

  • Unverified: I did not look at the page in a browser. The marker and the layout are checked only by reading the CSS.
  • Judgement call: the test renders the template with the fields the handler passes, not through the server. No AS stored by the server tests has both an IPv4 and an IPv6 prefix.

The IPv4 and IPv6 prefix lists on the AS page are each a <details>
element. Its <summary> holds the list's heading and count, so a click on
the heading folds or unfolds the list without a script. Both lists start
open. The peer list is unchanged.

The summary keeps the look of the other section headings. It hides the
browser's own marker, which not every browser shows on a flex element,
and draws a triangle before the heading that points down while the list
is open.
