.dockerignore, .gitignore, .prettierignore and REPO_POLICIES.md are fetched from sneak/prompts at dd4027b (REPO_POLICIES.md from prompts/REPO_POLICIES.md). .editorconfig, .gitea/workflows/check.yml and .prettierrc already matched. This repository's own entries come after the copied content: its build artifacts, the compiled bin/quak and .quak/ in .gitignore, and the same entries written anchored (/dist, /bin/quak, ...) in .dockerignore.
The scripts now follow the policy at that commit:
script/check runs script/fmt-check again, so make check runs prettier on the host as well as in the lint phase.
script/cibuild runs script/bootstrap and script/check before the image build, so CI runs lint and the tests twice. The policy accepts that cost.
script/fmt and script/fmt-check use the yarn that nvm installed when no yarn is on PATH.
The Dockerfile's last stage marks /app safe for git, so the version step can read .git whoever owns the copied files.
The build-context test now expects the new pattern forms (.claude, **/.git/config, /dist, ...). .prettierignore loses dist/, build/ and coverage/, but prettier still skips them because they are in .gitignore. The README's descriptions of the scripts match the new behaviour. No file named for an agent tool is committed here, so nothing moves to AGENTS.md.
Judgement call: script/precommit runs script/lint and script/fmt-check without the tests, so the README's red-phase test commit can still land. The policy allows that form only where local testing is impossible.
