clawbot	66e3ac77e8	Names quak builds from server data fit in 255 bytes (closes #205) ... The default names of `quak get`, `quak get-thumb`, `downloadFile` and `downloadThumbnail`, and the album folders of `backup-metadata`, could be over 255 bytes, which a file system refuses. `defaultFileName` and `shortenKeepingExtension` in `src/filename.ts` now cut such a name short, keeping its extension when it fits; a live photo's image and video get their own extension before the cut. A cut name never starts with a dot and is never a Windows device name. `--out` and `outPath` are kept as given. A `backup-metadata` folder keeps its `<id>-`. `safeExtension` gives `.bin` for an extension of more than 16 letters and digits, so a save path's name always fits. clawbot	960a7ce8a6	An album whose folder cannot be made no longer stops the backup (closes #197) ... Each album's folder, links and JSON are written inside one try. A failure prints `FAILED album <name>: <reason>`, lists the album's ID in the new `failedAlbums` of the result and of `--json`, and makes `quak backup` exit 1; the other albums and `failures.json` are still written. An album whose folder would have another album's JSON name, ignoring case, gets its ID. A name over 255 bytes (250 for a folder, which leaves room for `.json`) gets the ID and is cut short between two characters by `shortenToBytes` in `src/filename.ts`. A link's ID goes right before its extension. Apart from its call to `uniqueNames`, the album loop is only indented into the try. Model: opus-5-5	2026-10-16 05:23:27 +02:00
clawbot	9e6deb21eb	Store live photos as their image and their video (closes #107) ... A live photo, which Ente stores as one ZIP, is unpacked as it downloads into its image and its video, each `<fileID>.<ext>` with its extension from the ZIP, beside `<fileID>.livephoto.json`, which names the two. Both are checked against the recorded hash and renamed into place only when both are complete. A ZIP with a second image or video, or whose parts come to more than 20 times its size plus 16 MiB, is refused. The backup and the content cache count a live photo as stored only with both files, album folders link both, `quak get` writes both, and the content result gives the video as `videoPath`. A ZIP an earlier version stored is replaced. Model: opus-5-5	2026-09-28 18:06:01 +02:00
clawbot	3871d6228e	Sanitize file names taken from server metadata (closes #9) ... A file title or album name decrypted from server data could name a path outside the chosen directory (`../../.ssh/authorized_keys`). One module, src/filename.ts, now makes such names safe for `quak get`/`get-thumb` without `--out`, downloadFile/downloadThumbnail without outPath, and the backup and metadata backup trees. Originals-cache extensions are limited to letters and digits. A user-supplied path is still used as is. decryptFile reads a missing or non-string title as "" and rejects metadata that is not a JSON object. Model: opus-5-5	2026-09-23 02:04:31 +02:00
