Adds prompts/LLM_PROSE_TELLS.md — a reference document cataloging ~25 structural, lexical, and rhetorical patterns common to LLM-generated prose, plus a 22-item copyediting checklist for removing them.

This went through several rounds of de-LLM editing on the document itself.
