Detect mobile viewport (window.innerWidth < 768) and show a friendly message instead of the full monitoring UI.

  • Skip all checkers/polling on mobile
  • Render only header + description + centered message box
  • No changes to desktop behavior

Closing as superseded: per the decision in #8, main keeps the responsive mobile layout from #5 (closes #2) instead of a "not available on mobile" message. PR #8, which implemented this issue, has been closed unmerged. Mobile QA of the responsive layout is tracked in #13.
