clawbot 04b05e01e8 Consolidate scanner/checker — delete internal/scanner/ and internal/checker/ (closes #22) (#27) ... Remove unused `internal/scanner/` and `internal/checker/` packages. The CLI already uses `mfer.Scanner` and `mfer.Checker` from the `mfer/` package directly, so these were dead code.
