There is a TODO.md in the repo root with outstanding items.

Deliverable

  1. Integrate all items from TODO.md into the TODO section in the README (being created in #47)
  2. Remove TODO.md from the repo once its contents have been merged into the README

This depends on #47 landing first (which creates the README TODO section), or can be done in the same PR if combined.
