Brings every file keyfunc copies from sneak/prompts to that repo's next at commit dd4027b907ef99cdc3187c215cc4d610b7a11efc, as #67 asks.
REPO_POLICIES.md is the template copy, prompts/REPO_POLICIES.md (the root REPO_POLICIES.md in sneak/prompts is a link to it).
.gitignore and .dockerignore are the template copies plus keyfunc's own /keyfunc entry. Both now ignore id_ecdsa_sk and id_ed25519_sk, the private key files ssh-keygen writes for hardware-backed keys. .dockerignore also keeps out a .git/config at any depth (**/.git/config, **/.git/modules/**/config).
.golangci.yml, script/lint, script/test, script/docker, script/cibuild, package.json, yarn.lock and .prettierrc already matched that commit, so the diff does not touch them.
Adapted files: the template Dockerfile, the other scripts, the Makefile and the workflow have not changed in sneak/prompts since keyfunc adapted them. The policy text added since keyfunc's last copy asks nothing new of keyfunc's Dockerfile. Its gate phases install nothing, so the new apt-get rule for lint-phase libraries does not apply. Its last stage already runs script/bootstrap, as the reworded rule asks. keyfunc installs no Go tool on the host, so the new go install pinning rule does not apply either.
Judgement call: no adapted file changed, since none of the template changes applies to keyfunc.
