Adds LICENSE with the standard MIT text and Copyright (c) 2026 sneak, the licence sneak chose in #14 (comment).
README: the first paragraph now calls keyfunc MIT-licensed, in place of the "license is not yet chosen" clause and its link; the License section says MIT and links LICENSE; the line for #14 leaves the TODO list.
Merging next to #15: that work also removes its own line from the same README TODO list. Whichever of the two lands second leaves the list empty, and must replace it with one sentence saying nothing is open toward 1.0.
Unverified: this repo's make fmt formats only Go, so the README paragraph I changed was wrapped by hand to the 80-column width the rest of the README uses.
Adds `LICENSE` with the standard MIT text and `Copyright (c) 2026 sneak`, the licence sneak chose in https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/keyfunc/issues/14#issuecomment-103009.

sneak chose MIT for keyfunc. LICENSE holds the standard MIT text with
the line "Copyright (c) 2026 sneak". The README's first paragraph and
its License section now name MIT, and the line for this issue leaves
the README TODO list.
