Disable the deprecated gomodguard linter so golangci-lint uses its
gomodguard_v2 replacement, mirroring the existing wsl/wsl_v5 handling.
Removes the deprecation warning from the lint output; behaviour is
unchanged since default: all already enables gomodguard_v2.
