sneak 42ffa5ef2c Add zstd and the sqlite3 CLI (closes #5) 
Install zstd and sqlite3 from apt and check both in the smoke test.

sneak 6bd6830dd2 Add tzdata (closes #4) 
Install tzdata from apt so the time zone database is present at run
time, and check a zone lookup in the smoke test.

sneak c857f45ee4 Add govulncheck (closes #3) 
Install govulncheck with go install after the cleanup step, into
/usr/local/bin so it survives the /root/go removal, and check it in the

sneak d96a33f6db Add prettier (closes #1) 
Install prettier globally beside wrangler and wrangler's peers, and
check it in the smoke test. prettier ships no distro package for
Ubuntu, so npm global is the standard install.

sneak df31d11028 Add fat Ubuntu 26.04 base image with runit, Go, Node, Python toolchains 
Single-RUN image built by build.sh on ubuntu:26.04: build-essential,
distro plus latest Go, nvm with Node LTS, corepack with yarn/pnpm cached,
wrangler, hugo extended, golangci-lint, pyenv with latest Python 3, pip
and virtualenv. runit services supervised under runsvinit as PID 1.
Docs, man pages, caches and non-English locales stripped.

Includes build logs for the 2026-11-05 release (amd64 and arm64).
