Add prettier. sneak named it first. Today clawpub, jekyllsitebuilder and sandcastle install it on every build with npm install -g prettier or yarn global add prettier, and rfscan pulls the jauderho/prettier image for it.
Definition of done
The image installs it, following build.sh's convention (current release at build unless pinned), on PATH for both linux/amd64 and linux/arm64.
README.md's "What is in it" lists it.
A smoke check in the build runs it once (for example --version).
