Closes #723. Each sentence that issue and its comments name is rewritten against the code on next; no other sentence changes. Follows #672.
Readings taken:
SettingsAddToken's refusal list in README.md reads "refuses as AddToken does", so the fake-symbol line added to AddToken's list covers both.
The worker-memory list names five things. The toolbar popup's approval id is left out: updateToolbarPopup() rebuilds it from the pending approvals at every start, so it is not state of its own.
The scan paragraph's "Otherwise" sentence, not named by the issue, now starts "When the wallet does not list the address", because the new list separates it from the rule it referred to.
The two sentences after the Firefox steps ("A temporary add-on is unloaded...") are unchanged but moved out of the list into their own paragraph.
The later definition of wallet drainer under Known scam addresses in docs/README.md is dropped, as the review asked; the first use defines it.
The Home and Send lines under "An address's ETH balance is null", the Home one named by the issue's second comment, now also name SepoliaETH on Sepolia and the flash message "Max" shows.

- SettingsAddToken's refusal list in `README.md` reads "refuses as AddToken does", so the fake-symbol line added to AddToken's list covers both.

docs/README.md, Removing an address, lines 217 to 220: "The scan misses such an address in two cases:" and "the address is the only used one the scan finds."
The two contradict each other. The scan finds that address, and the wallet then keeps its list, because src/popup/views/addWallet.js replaces the list only when the scan finds more than one used address.
The second is false for the wallet's first address. That address can be removed, and an import always lists it, so it comes back.
"two cases" is false. A read that fails during the scan counts the address as unused (scanForAddresses() in src/shared/balances.js).
Acceptable: a lead-in with no count that says the wallet does not list the address, then lines that hold for the first address and include a failed read.
README.md, the list under "An address's ETH balance is null", lines 1240 to 1242: "with ETH selected, Send reads Current balance: unknown (ETH) on mainnet and Current balance: unknown (SepoliaETH) on Sepolia, and "Max" fills in nothing and shows the flash message "This token's balance is unknown."" It runs to 33 words and carries two ideas. Acceptable: one list line for what Send reads and one for what "Max" does.
README.md, the same list, lines 1238 to 1239: the Home line changes, but neither #723 nor its comment names it, and the definition of done says no other sentence changes. The new text is true. Acceptable: have the issue name the line in a comment, or restore it as on next.
Judgement calls
The "Otherwise" sentence in docs/README.md is not named by the issue. I accepted its new wording because the new list separates it from the rule it referred to.
"With that setting off, the token has no line until a refresh has read its balance." I accepted this as true, though a token that reads zero still has no line afterwards, as the setting's name says.
Follow-up note, which does not fail the review
docs/README.md, Known scam addresses: "A wallet drainer is a contract that empties a wallet once given permission." now repeats the definition at first use word for word. A later change could drop it.
Model: opus-5-5

Each sentence named on #723 now
matches the code on `next`:
- the Firefox load steps are numbered;
- the AddToken refusal lists name a token that fakes a known symbol;
- the worker's in-memory state is listed in full;
- `script/bootstrap` falls back to `npm install -g` for yarn;
- the Send line under a `null` ETH balance holds with ETH selected, and
"Max" has a line of its own;
- the Home and Send lines there name `SepoliaETH` on Sepolia;
- the well-known symbols are given per network;
- a network switch empties the fraud contract list;
- the cases where an import leaves out a removed address are spelled out;
- a new token's line depends on "Show tracked tokens with zero balance";
- wallet drainer is defined at first use only.

Reworked on the review's findings, one commit on current next:
Removing an address in docs/README.md: the lead-in has no count and says what the wallet does not list; the lines hold for the first address, and a failed read is named, checked against src/popup/views/addWallet.js and scanForAddresses() in src/shared/balances.js. The sentence after the list now starts "When the wallet does not list the address", to match.
The Send line in README.md is split: one line for what Send reads, one for what "Max" does.
The repeated definition of wallet drainer under Known scam addresses in docs/README.md is dropped.
The PR body no longer says that later definition stays.

PASS: the rewritten sentences on #745 are clear and true of the code on current next, and every sentence named on #723 is handled.
Judgement call: the commit body is a few words over 120, not counting the list dashes and the Model: line, and I took that as within about 120.
