Examples are src/popup/views/settings.js, src/shared/amountDisplay.js, src/shared/browserApi.js and script/lib/package.js.
This unit runs last, after the open bugs, so that it touches each file once.
Definition of done
Each comment names the heading README has now, or drops the reference when no section matches.
