The user guide, docs/README.md, Settings, Network (line 381): switching the network "resets the RPC and Blockscout endpoints to that network's defaults."
What happens
Switching restores the endpoints last used on that network, or its defaults if it has none (applyChainSwitchFields() in src/shared/chainSwitchFields.js). The on-screen help text and README.md now say so; the user guide still tells a user who runs their own node that switching throws their endpoint away.
What should happen
The user guide says what README.md says: switching restores the RPC and Blockscout endpoints last used on that network, or that network's defaults if it has none.
Severity: minor
Definition of done
docs/README.md no longer says switching resets the endpoints to the defaults, and says what README.md says.
No other sentence in docs/ describes the endpoints on a switch differently.
No sentence in docs/ describes a network switch, or the approval screens that can lead to one, differently from README.md and the code (added to match the implementer's brief).
