sneak c88a64a2f1 fix: a confirmation screen drawn again keeps the network it was reviewed for (closes #586)
check / check (push) Canceled after 0s
e2e / e2e-chrome (push) Canceled after 0s
e2e / e2e-firefox (push) Canceled after 0s
ConfirmTx set the transaction's chain id to the active network's every
time it drew the screen, so a popup reopened onto a saved confirmation
after a network switch in Settings described the reviewed transfer as
the new network's and sent it there.

show() now sets the chain id only on a transaction Send hands over, and
the screen describes the transaction entirely on that network: native
currency, USD values, explorer links, and the node and explorer its
checks ask. explorerUrl(), renderAddressHtml(), getPrice(), formatFee()
and checkEtherscanLabel() take an optional chain id for this. A saved
transaction whose chain id names no network is not restored.

clawbot e791dc72d2 fix: the delete wallet screens name the wallet's own key material (closes #529)
check / check (push) Canceled after 0s
e2e / e2e-chrome (push) Canceled after 0s
e2e / e2e-firefox (push) Canceled after 0s
DeleteWallet and DeleteWalletLostPassword told key and xprv wallets that
their recovery phrase was the way back, but those wallets have none. Both
screens now name the recovery phrase, the private key or the extended
private key, according to the wallet's kind.

The noun comes from keyMaterialName() in the popup view helpers, which
DeleteAddress now uses too in place of its own two-way choice, so these
three screens get it from one place. The lost-password screen's route-back
sentence is reworded to fit all three kinds.

clawbot cb58e9d5f7 fix: the Settings network help text says switching restores the last endpoints used (closes #513)
check / check (push) Canceled after 0s
e2e / e2e-chrome (push) Canceled after 0s
e2e / e2e-firefox (push) Canceled after 0s
The text under Network said switching resets the RPC and Blockscout
endpoints to their defaults. Switching actually restores the endpoints
last used on that network, or that network's defaults if it has none,
as README's Settings section says. The text now says that, in README's
words.
