docs: rewrite the user guide sentence by sentence against the prose rules

Every sentence is written for a newcomer to read once, with each technical
word defined where it first appears and every list as bullets. Two false
statements are gone: no screen shortens an address, and a fake token that
claims ETH is hidden from the balance list too. The guide now also covers
the lost-password route, the saved-data recovery screen, network switch
requests, closed approval windows and the Connected Sites list.
