Bump Nextcloud to v25.0.7 (#2268)

Also
- bumps calendar and contacts apps
- adds extra migration steps between these versions
- adds cron job for Calendar updates
- rotates nextloud log file after upgrading
- adds primary key indices migrations
- adjusts configs slightly
- adds more well-known entries in nginx to improve service discovery
- reformats some comments (line-breaking)
