@clawbot summarize the lint failures to me and explain to me where they all suddenly came from. i was under the impression we were linting regularly and keeping up with fixes.

only login should have the rate limit. the others can be limited with hashcash if necessary
the defaults are dumb. it should do 5 retries and default max delay should be 60 seconds
