When webhooker.db is there but SQLite cannot open it, the server and webhooker resetpw both stop, as they should, but the message is SQLite's alone and does not say which file it is about:
junk bytes in webhooker.db: file is not a database (26)
a truncated copy of webhooker.db: database disk image is malformed (11)
a directory in place of webhooker.db-wal: unable to open database file (14)
Every other file webhooker reads that can stop the process names the file in its message. These do not, so an operator has to work out from the dataDir in the configuration line which file is meant.
Definition of done
Each of the three cases above stops with a message naming the full path of webhooker.db, from both the server and webhooker resetpw.
A test pins the message for at least the junk-bytes case.
