TODO.md on next still said the 1.0.0 milestone was complete and that nothing blocked the tag. The 2026-08-20 deployability audit reopened it with 11 new issues, so that status was false.

Corrects the Status and Next Step sections: the 1.0 bar is "sneak can deploy this and use it in low-volume production", not "the milestone is empty", and the milestone PR (#111) is held under a WIP: prefix until the milestone empties. Also adds #211 and #212 to the unmilestoned follow-up list.

Manager-maintained on next per #112 — issue branches do not touch this file.

Docs-only: the diff is TODO.md and nothing else, so it skips the adversarial review gate. make fmt-check exits 0.
