clawbot	82bab57dfe	Store a target's settings as columns (closes #543) ... A target's settings move from the per-type JSON string in targets.config to columns: url, headers, timeout_seconds, forward_query, archive_expiry and archive_rotation. A column a type does not use stays empty. headers holds the header map as JSON text through GORM's JSON serializer, and archive_expiry holds a time.Duration, 0 meaning never, so nothing that reads a target parses it. The forms check each setting once, with the same refusals and messages, and the edit form is filled from the columns, so the per-type config structs, their parsers and the "could not be read" branches are gone. clawbot	40e8ecaab4	Store a target's number of delivery attempts, at least one (closes #540) ... Target.MaxRetries (max_retries) becomes Target.MaxAttempts (max_attempts), and the form field, parser and ceiling are renamed to match. The column is NOT NULL and a check constraint refuses a value below 1, so every target, whatever its type, is stored with at least 1. 1 is a single attempt with no circuit breaker; above 1 retries behind the breaker up to that many attempts. Both target forms refuse 0 and less; a blank field on the add target form gives 1, and on the edit form keeps the stored value.
