Bug. Two doc comments in internal/vaultik are false:
ExportSnapshotMetadata says it writes an SQL dump under snapshots/. Check what it writes now and say that.
EnsureStorageBinding names a vaultik database purge command. Name the command that exists, or drop the reference.
