What is wrong:NewRcloneStorer (internal/storage/rclone.go) calls configfile.Install() but never applies RCLONE_CONFIG; in rclone only the command-line flag layer reads that variable. The README says the rclone backend "Requires rclone to be configured separately", and a user's rclone setup often relies on RCLONE_CONFIG.
How it was shown: with RCLONE_CONFIG pointing at a file that defines [loc] type = local, snapshot create failed with "rclone remote not found in config: loc"; it succeeded once the same file was copied to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/rclone/rclone.conf.
Definition of done
vaultik reads the rclone config file that rclone itself would read, RCLONE_CONFIG included.
A test covers a remote defined only in the file RCLONE_CONFIG names.
