What is wrong:cleanStartupError (internal/cli/app.go) cuts each startup error at its last "): ", to strip the annotations the dependency-injection library adds. The blob_size_limit message itself contains "(... size spread): ", so with blob_size_limit: 40MB, info, snapshot create and snapshot list print only "ERROR: need at least 41943040 bytes" (exit 1). database delete, which loads the config another way, prints the whole message: "failed to load config: invalid config: blob_size_limit must be at least ...: need at least 41943040 bytes".
Definition of done
Only the library's annotations are removed; the underlying message is shown whole, whatever it contains.
A test covers the blob_size_limit message.
