useradd warns that uid 65532, the smallwebwaf user's, is outside the system user range.
Ubuntu's sysuser helper prints a Perl "uninitialized value" warning while the packages install.
runsvinit logs waitid: no child processes at some stops, depending on which of its two waits collects the exited process first.
What to do
For each: find where it comes from and make the build or the container quiet without hiding anything else, for example by creating the user with the option that accepts that uid, or by settling why the helper warns. Where a warning cannot be removed without patching an outside tool, say so in one line in the PR body and leave it.
Definition of done
script/cibuild and make example-app no longer print these warnings, or the PR body says in one line why one stays.
make check green; one PR to next, passed by a reviewer who did not write it.
