Image build prints update-alternatives man page warnings #222

While apt sets up xz-utils in the image build (seen in script/example-app, which builds the Dockerfile), about ten lines like this are printed:

update-alternatives: warning: skip creation of /usr/share/man/man1/lzma.1.gz because associated file /usr/share/man/man1/xz.1.gz (of link group lzma) does not exist

They come from the minimal image holding no man pages. The same kind of warning was quieted in #60. Quiet these too, without changing what the image holds.

Found while reviewing #221; it is not a defect of that change.
