"Ban notes" in SPEC.md (Persistent state) lists, among what a ban's notes hold, "any reputation sources that listed the client". The downloaded blocklists of #108 do not add them yet; this does, for every reputation source built by then. Built after the DNS blocklists (#104) and AbuseIPDB (#105), so it covers them too. One PR to next.
A ban's notes name each reputation source that listed the client when the ban was made: the blocklist, DNS zone or AbuseIPDB with its score, as the request log's reputation names them.
The alert for the ban carries them in its notes; README.md shows them in the bans.json example.
Definition of done: tests show a ban of a listed client with each kind of source in its notes, and none for a client no source listed; each test failing with its rule broken; make check green; one PR to next, passed by a reviewer who did not write it.
