Recorded: AS name search gets implemented, and nothing unimplemented is shown in the UI, so anything else the UI offers that does not work is either built or removed. routewatch's manager does this when the fleet restarts at 23:00 UTC on 25 October.

pkg/asinfo: the search ignores case and returns its matches in AS number order. It matches the handle and the description of every AS in the embedded list.
internal/server: a new route, GET /api/v1/search/as?q=<text>, answers the query, the number of matches and the first 50 of them, each with its AS number, handle and description. An empty query answers 400.
internal/templates/index.html: the "AS Name Search" card shows the matches as links to their AS pages, says how many more matched when there are more than 50, and says so when nothing matched. The "coming soon" text goes. A number typed in still opens that AS's page.
README "HTTP Endpoints" lists the new route.
The rest of the UI is being checked for anything else that does not work; each such thing gets its own issue.

Built in #164. The AS Name Search card now lists the ASes whose name or handle holds the text, as links to their pages, through the new GET /api/v1/search/as. The search reads the AS list built into the program, so a match can be an AS the database does not hold yet; its page then shows its name and handle from that list.
